Need your help to find a new home for some extra special buyers; my nephew & his girlfriend. They’re expecting their first baby in a few months & we need to get them in a house before the baby makes his appearance. We’ve had low inventory & COVID isn’t helping. Here’s what they’re looking for:

• Newnan/Sharpsburg area
• Prefer East Coweta, Newnan or Northgate High School Districts
• Up to $325,000
• 3 or more bedrooms
• At least 2 full baths
• 1+ Acre
• Built from 1984 on-open floor plan
• Basement is a nice to have
• They’d REALLY love a lot on a lake (small, private lake is OK)
